Trekking to the Everest base camp(Nepal) may be the main reason for you to choose this trail. Everest Base Camp trek is on the bucket list for everyone. But, frankly, it is better to keep your sight on the lesser visited Gokyo Ri part of the trail. Not only do you see grander views of Everest from the top of Gokyo Ri, the trail has infinitely more variety. First are the five terrific alpine lakes on the way. At 17,500 ft on top of Gokyo Ri, look up and see four of the 14 eight thousanders in the world (Everest, Lhotse, Makalu and Cho Oyu). A high summit climb in the heart ofSpiti.Looming in the background of Kibber and Tashi Gang Village is the Kanamo Peak.
